DESCRIPTION

The 2220J6K00222MXT is a high-voltage, surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) in a 2220 package. It provides a capacitance of 2.2 nF with a tolerance of ±20% and is rated for 6 kVdc. This capacitor utilizes a stable X7R dielectric, ensuring reliable performance across its operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The termination is a nickel barrier with 100% tin plating. Due to its high voltage rating, it is ideal for applications such as power supplies, DC-DC converters, and high-voltage coupling and decoupling circuits. For optimal performance and to prevent flashover, this component may require conformal coating after soldering.
