DESCRIPTION

The 2220Y1K00474KETWS2 is a StackiCap™ multilayer ceramic capacitor designed to provide high capacitance values in a compact footprint. It offers a capacitance of 470nF with a ±10% tolerance and a voltage rating of 1kV. This component features a stable X7R dielectric, ensuring a maximum capacitance change of ±15% over its operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The proprietary FlexiCap™ termination enhances reliability by accommodating greater board flex and reducing the risk of mechanical stress cracking. This AEC-Q200 qualified capacitor is ideal for demanding applications such as power supplies, lighting, and aerospace electronics where a large amount of capacitance is required in a space-constrained design.
