The 387001835 is a HiTemp ET Series thermoelectric cooler (model ET6-12-F1-4040-TA-RT-W6) designed for high-temperature operation exceeding 80 °C using Laird Thermal Systems' enhanced thermoelectric module construction to prevent performance-degrading diffusion. The module delivers a maximum cooling capacity (Qc) of 52.5 Watts at zero temperature differential (?T = 0) and achieves a maximum temperature differential of 77.9 °C at zero cooling load, with a maximum operating temperature of 150 °C. Operating specifications include a maximum current of 5.8 Amps and maximum voltage of 15.3 Volts at the hot side temperature of 50 °C, with module resistance of 2.43 Ohms; performance scales across hot side temperatures of 50 °C, 85 °C, and 110 °C. The module features reliable solid-state operation with no sound or vibration, RoHS compliance, and is commonly applied in refrigerated centrifuges, machine vision systems, CMOS sensor cooling, and autonomous system thermal management.
