The AA-034-12-22-00-00 is an air-to-air thermoelectric cooler assembly that uses impingement flow to transfer heat through forced convection on both cold and hot sides. It features custom-designed thermoelectric modules optimized for high coefficient of performance (COP), delivering a maximum cooling capacity of 33 Watts at zero temperature differential and a maximum temperature differential of 35 °C at zero cooling load. The unit operates at 12.0 VDC nominal (15.0 VDC maximum) with a current draw of 3.5 A running and 4.0 A startup, consuming 42.0 Watts of power, and is rated for an operating temperature range of -10 °C to 49 °C. The assembly incorporates high-density heat exchangers with air-ducted shrouds and brand-name fans (40,000 hours MTBF), providing reliable solid-state operation with low noise and RoHS compliance.
