DESCRIPTION

The KMS40-12 is a 40W single-output AC-DC power supply designed for PCB mounting. It accepts a universal input from 90-264VAC and delivers a 12V output at up to 3.33A with a typical efficiency of 83%. The unit features a low touch current of less than 0.1mA, a 4kVAC input-to-output withstand voltage, and integrated overcurrent and overvoltage protection. Designed for convection cooling, it operates over a wide temperature range of -25°C to 70°C. Its compact size and compliance with medical safety standards like ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 make it suitable for portable medical equipment and other general low-power applications.
