DESCRIPTION

The MPE106D is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) panel-mount pushbutton switch designed for general-purpose switching applications. It features a contact rating of 6 A at 125 VAC and 3 A at 250 VAC, with an initial contact resistance of 10 milliohms maximum and break-before-make contact timing. The switch operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and provides an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum with a dielectric strength of 1,500 volts RMS at sea level. With an actuation force of 1.3 to 2.7 lbs, an actuator travel of 3.56 mm, and a life expectancy of up to 50,000 actuations, the MPE106D is well-suited for industrial control panels, consumer appliances, and equipment requiring reliable push-button switching with a splashproof seal meeting IP65 standards.
