DESCRIPTION

The 4PCV-03-006 is a 0.250" pitch tri-barrier terminal block designed for printed circuit board applications with vertical pin termination. It features a polypropylene housing with UL94V-O flammability rating and bright acid tin-plated copper alloy terminals with steel zinc-plated screws. The block supports wire gauges from 18-22 AWG and is rated for 10 Amps at 150V (UL Class C) or 10 Amps at 300V (UL Class D), with a maximum operating temperature of 105°C. The recommended PCB hole diameter is 1.8 mm with a tightening torque of 5.5 in.-lbs, making it suitable for compact interconnection applications in industrial control panels and low-voltage distribution systems.
