DESCRIPTION

FST-22A-12 is a flexible flat cable jumper assembly designed for reliable interconnect solutions in automotive and industrial applications. The product features multiple conductor pitch options ranging from 1.00 mm to 5.08 mm (0.039" to 0.200"), with wire gauges from AWG 28 to AWG 24 depending on pitch selection. Standard jumper lengths are available from 11.92 mm to 152.40 mm (0.500" to 6.000") in increments of 2.50 mm (0.10"), plus 6.35 mm (0.25") and 19.05 mm (0.75") options. The assembly supports insulation materials including Nomex, Polyester, Teflon, and Kapton, with pin arrangements available in straight, right-angle, and staggered configurations. Key electrical characteristics include a minimum bend radius of 3.18 mm for all conductor pitches and operating temperature ranges up to 250°C depending on insulation material. This flexible jumper solution is widely used in automotive wiring harnesses, industrial control systems, and applications requiring compact, reliable multi-conductor connections.
