DESCRIPTION

SMF34K7JT is a surface-mount moulded power resistor from the TE Connectivity SM Series, designed for modern circuit applications requiring reliable power dissipation. The resistor features a low-profile case design with flexible tinned copper terminations and fully welded construction, enabling it to withstand reflow, vapour phase, and infrared manufacturing processes without degradation. Available in 2, 3, or 5 watt power ratings with resistance values ranging from 0.1 ohm to 2 megohm, the device offers resistance tolerances of ±1% or ±5% and maximum operating voltages up to 500 volts depending on the case size.
