DESCRIPTION

The 804081-SF is a Schaffner FN9244 IEC inlet filter designed for EMI/RFI suppression in industrial and electronic equipment. It features dual-stage filtering using an inductor (0.58 µH) and capacitor (0.1 µF) configuration with a ground choke option, delivering zero leakage current at both 120VAC 60Hz and 250VAC 50Hz. The filter is rated for a maximum continuous current of 12 A with FASTON termination, operates under natural convection cooling, and meets Pollution Degree PD2 and IP40 protection standards. It is certified to CSA 22.2 No. 8 1986, IEC/EN 60939, and UL 1283, with UL 94V-2 flammability rating. This filter is ideal for applications requiring high-performance EMC compliance, medical equipment, and industrial power distribution systems where superior EMI/RFI filtering and safety isolation are critical.
