DESCRIPTION

The RB6522-16-1M0 is a 2-wire, horizontal PCB-mount, current-compensated choke designed to filter electromagnetic interference. It features a nominal inductance of 1.00 mH per path and is rated for a nominal current of 16 A with convection cooling, which can be increased to 25 A with 3 m/s forced air cooling. The component has a low DC resistance of 4.6 mΩ per path and operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. It is designed for systems with a maximum continuous operating voltage of up to 600 VAC or 1000 VDC at frequencies from DC to 400 Hz. This choke is ideal for suppressing noise in PCB-integrated filter designs for applications such as photovoltaic inverters, fast chargers, and switch mode power supplies.
