DESCRIPTION
The EMCRT48D50 is a three-phase motor reverser designed to control and reverse three-phase motors without requiring direct access to the third leg, operating on two legs only. It features all solid-state components with very high immunity (1600 V peak), built-in snubber and MOV protection, and zero-cross turn-on switching for reliable operation at 480 Vac. The device supports motor loads up to 4 kW with a maximum load current of 8.5 A (motor load) and operates across a mains voltage range of 24–520 Vac. Control is managed via a 12–30 Vdc input with 15–25 mAdc input current, and the unit includes forward/reverse display LED and protection against simultaneous control. The EMCRT48D50 is ideal for industrial motor control applications requiring compact, solid-state reversing without mechanical contactors, offering fast switching times (20 ms turn-on, 100 ms reversing, 10 ms turn-off) and excellent electromagnetic compatibility.
