DESCRIPTION

The 5342-HT is a 45-degree angle fitting for terminating 1/2 inch high-temperature liquidtight flexible metal conduit in environments up to 150°C. Its body, gland, locknut, and ground cone are constructed from electro-zinc plated and chromate-coated steel or malleable iron for corrosion protection. The fitting features a sealing ring and throat insulator molded from high-temperature nylon with a UL94-V2 flammability rating. It includes a steel ground cone for high-quality ground contact and a plastic throat insulator to protect conductors. Designed to provide a watertight and oiltight seal, this fitting is suitable for terminating conduit in threaded openings via its external tapered NPT threads.
