DESCRIPTION
BCN164A561J7 is a thick film chip resistor array featuring four isolated resistor elements, each with a nominal resistance of 560 ohms and ±5% tolerance. The device is housed in a compact 1.6 mm wide package with scalloped convex terminations and measures 3.20 × 1.60 × 0.50 mm (L × W × H). It is rated for 63 mW per resistor element at 70°C, with a limiting element voltage of 50 V and maximum overload voltage of 125 V. The resistor array operates across an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±200 ppm/°C, and is constructed with ruthenium oxide resistive elements on an alumina substrate with nickel barrier and 100% tin terminations. This product is RoHS compliant (Pb-free), AEC-Q200 qualified, and suitable for applications requiring multiple isolated resistor functions in compact form factors, such as signal conditioning, biasing networks, and impedance matching circuits.
