DESCRIPTION

The 0.5US12-P0.1 is a micro-sized high voltage power supply from the UltraVolt US series, designed for size-critical applications. It accepts a nominal 12 VDC input and delivers a programmable positive output voltage from 0 to 500 VDC with up to 100 mW of power. This module features tight line and load regulation of less than ±0.01%, low ripple under 0.01% peak-to-peak, and a low temperature coefficient of less than 50 ppm/°C. Housed in a compact 5.75 cc metal case for low radiated noise, it also includes output voltage monitoring and short-circuit protection. Its small footprint and high performance make it ideal for use in portable devices, avalanche photodiodes (APDs), silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs), and ultrasonic transducers.
