DESCRIPTION

The 624-25ABT4E is an omnidirectional pin fin heat sink designed for effective thermal management in both natural and forced-convection applications. Constructed from black anodized aluminum, it has base dimensions of 0.827 inches square and a fin height of 0.250 inches. This part comes factory-equipped with a -T4E (Chomerics T410R) pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is RoHS-compliant and has a thermal impedance of 1.10 C-in^2/W.
