DESCRIPTION

F1206HB25V024TM is a high-current surface mount fuse designed for circuit protection in demanding applications requiring robust overcurrent and inrush current handling. This 1206-sized fuse features a 25 A current rating at 24 VDC with a 250 A interrupting rating, a nominal cold DC resistance of 0.0016 O, and a nominal I²t of 187 A²s at 1000% of rated current. The fuse employs a glass ceramic monolithic structure with a silver fusing element and silver termination plated with nickel and tin, providing superior arc suppression capability and excellent thermal performance. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C (with derating) and meets RoHS compliance and halogen-free standards. The device is ideal for automotive, industrial power distribution, and telecommunications equipment where high inrush current withstanding and reliable fault protection are essential.
