DESCRIPTION

The 6456-BK001 is a multi-pair shielded cable designed for EIA RS-485 applications. It is constructed with three pairs of 22 AWG stranded (7/30) tinned copper conductors, each insulated with Foam High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). For superior noise protection, the cable features an overall shield combining an aluminum/mylar tape with a tinned copper braid that provides a minimum of 65% coverage. Encased in a black, sunlight-resistant PVC jacket, this cable is rated for 300 VRMS and operates within a temperature range of -20Â°C to 60Â°C, making it suitable for various industrial environments.
