The 98435-311LF is a vertical surface-mount modular jack connector featuring 8 positions designed for high-density interconnect applications. This connector utilizes phosphor bronze terminals with lead-free plating (2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate) and is housed in high-temperature black plastic rated for 245°C peak reflow temperature for 30 seconds maximum.
