DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-1-470LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors each rated at 470 ohms with ±2% tolerance. This 14-pin package operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, ensuring stable performance across varying environmental conditions. The RoHS-compliant tin-plated termination (LF suffix) provides superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for applications in DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination systems.
