DESCRIPTION

The 189790F00000G is an In-Sil-8 series thermal interface pad designed to deliver both thermal conductivity and electrical isolation. This rust-colored pad is 0.23 mm thick and features a breakdown voltage of 5000V and a dielectric constant of 4.5. It offers a low thermal resistance of 0.49 °C/W for TO-218 packages, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. The pad comes with a factory-applied adhesive on one side for simplified and rapid assembly, making it a cost-effective alternative to traditional mica and grease in demanding applications.
