DESCRIPTION

574502B00000G is a low-cost slide-on heat sink designed for TO-220 discrete semiconductor packages with vertical mounting orientation. The heat sink features a compact aluminum construction with 0.63 mm (0.025 inch) thick material and black anodize finish, incorporating solderable tabs for secure attachment to printed circuit boards. With a thermal resistance of approximately 24.0°C/Watt at natural convection, this device provides effective heat dissipation for power semiconductor applications. The design includes holding tabs and a clearance hole for optional hardware mounting, accommodating standard TO-220 device lead lengths.
