DESCRIPTION

The 597-2601-817F is an InGaN blue surface-mount LED in a 1616 package format designed for high-brightness applications. It features a forward voltage of 3.0 V to 4.1 V at 20 mA continuous forward current, with typical luminous intensity of 224 mcd and a peak wavelength of 465 nm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and includes a colorless clear window with tin-plated solder terminals over nickel underplating. This RoHS-compliant LED is ideal for indicator applications, display backlighting, and general illumination requiring reliable blue light output with a 120° viewing angle.
