LFMVLT80-1001 is an 80 W medical-grade AC/DC power supply designed for universal input applications requiring a single 12 V output. The unit features ultra-high efficiency exceeding 85% at 120 VAC and 87% at 230 VAC, with a compact form factor of 5.0 × 3.04 × 1.07 inches and convection cooling. It delivers a maximum load of 6.8 A at 12 V with a minimum load of 0.2 A, maintaining 1% output ripple across the rated operating range. The supply incorporates comprehensive protection mechanisms including over-current protection (110–160%), over-voltage protection (6.4 ± 0.4 V for 5 V outputs), and short-circuit protection with auto-recovery, along with low leakage current below 250 µA at 230 VAC.
