DESCRIPTION
The ECF504-12BBS is a USB 2.0 Series B bulkhead panel-mount to Series B plug shielded cable assembly designed for reliable data and power transmission in industrial and embedded applications. The 12-inch (304.8 mm) cable features one 28 AWG stranded tinned copper twisted pair for data signals and two 20 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors for power, with overall aluminized polyester shield and tinned copper braided shield for comprehensive EMI protection. The assembly includes 30 µ-inches gold-plated contacts on both the receptacle and plug connectors, operates across a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C, and meets full USB 2.0 specifications with 360° shield termination. The housing is constructed from ABS (UL94V-0) with chrome finish and molded strain relief in light gray, making it suitable for panel-mount applications in industrial equipment, test instrumentation, and embedded systems requiring robust USB connectivity.
