DESCRIPTION
The 1N825A is a temperature-compensated Zener reference diode that delivers a stable voltage output. It provides a Zener voltage between 5.9V and 6.5V at a test current of 7.5 mA. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum Zener impedance of 10 Ohms and a low maximum reverse current of 2.0 µA at 3V. The device exhibits excellent stability with an effective temperature coefficient of 0.002%/°C and a maximum voltage change of 19 mV over the -55°C to +100°C temperature range. Its high stability makes it suitable for instrumentation and other precision circuit designs requiring a reliable voltage reference.
