DESCRIPTION

The MSC017SMA120B4 is a 1200V N-Channel Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET engineered for high-power switching applications. It features a low typical on-resistance of 17 mΩ at VGS=20V and supports a continuous drain current of 119A at a 25°C case temperature. Key features include low capacitance, fast switching speeds, and stable operation up to a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. This MOSFET's high efficiency and ruggedness make it ideal for applications such as photovoltaic inverters, EV chargers, induction heating, and industrial motor drives.
