DESCRIPTION

The MB1S is a 0.5 A bridge rectifier designed for high surge current absorption within a compact footprint. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100 V, a forward voltage of 1.0 V at a forward current of 0.5 A, and a high non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 35 A. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Due to its surge capability and small form factor, the MB1S is ideal for printed circuit board applications, particularly in small power supplies.
