DESCRIPTION

The MUR420G is a state-of-the-art ultrafast power rectifier designed for high-frequency applications. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200 V and an average rectified forward current of 4.0 A. This device features a low forward voltage, with a maximum of 0.89 V at 4.0 A, and an exceptionally fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns. It is designed to operate reliably across a wide junction temperature range from -65°C to +175°C. With its high-temperature glass passivated junction and ultrafast switching capabilities, the MUR420G is ideal for use as a freewheeling diode and in switching power supplies and inverters.
