DESCRIPTION

FT-43 is a square head fiber optic sensor designed for thru-beam type detection with an M4 thread mount. It features a bending radius of R4 mm (R0.157 in) and operates over an ambient temperature range of -60°C to +75°C, providing robust performance in industrial environments. The sensor delivers a sensing range of up to 1,100 mm (43.307 in) in standard mode and 1,300 mm (51.181 in) in hyper mode when used with appropriate lenses. With a compact square head design (W7 × H9 × D13.5 mm), it enables space-saving installation on conveyor systems and other automated equipment. The fiber is compatible with various lens options including expansion lenses for extended sensing range, making it suitable for precision detection of chip components, orientation verification, and other industrial sensing applications.
