DESCRIPTION

FIT3003/10-BLACK-25X4 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. The tubing features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a temperature range of -55 to 135°C and a full recovery temperature of 121°C. It offers a tensile strength of 1500 psi minimum and elongation of 200% minimum per ASTM D638. Electrical properties include a dielectric strength of 500 V/mil minimum and volume resistivity of 1x10^14 ohm-cm minimum. The tubing is RoHS compliant and meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. Common applications include wire harnessing, strain relief, and environmental protection in electrical and electronic assemblies.
