DESCRIPTION

The 10090929-S444XLF is a D-SUB female socket connector designed for robust signal and power transmission in industrial and electronic applications. This 44-contact connector features UNC #4-40 thread mounting with flange options and is RoHS compliant. The connector is constructed with thermoplastic G.F (UL94V-0) black insulators, copper alloy contacts with gold plating (flash gold or 30 µm gold options), and a carbon steel shell with nickel and copper plating. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C with a rated voltage of 250V and rated current of 2.5A per contact. The connector supports 200 mating/unmating cycles minimum for gold-flash contacts and 500 cycles for 30 µm gold contacts, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent connection/disconnection in harsh environments.
