DESCRIPTION

The 67996-406HLF is a BERGSTIK II double-row header connector designed for high-reliability interconnect applications. It features a 0.100 inch (2.54 mm) center-to-center pitch with straight pin configuration and is available in lead-free (LF) option meeting European Union directives. The connector supports configurable pin counts from 2 to 72 positions (2×1 through 2×36 arrangement) with adjustable mating and tail lengths. Pin plating options include 0.76 µm gold, 0.36 µm gold, or pure tin finishes over nickel base, with optional tin plating on tail. The product is manufactured with high-temperature plastic material and is commonly used in computer, telecommunications, and industrial equipment where reliable board-to-board or board-to-cable connections are required.
