DESCRIPTION

The 031-317-RFX is a BNC 75O straight bulkhead clamp jack connector manufactured by Amphenol RF for commercial-grade RF applications. This connector features a nickel-plated brass body with gold-plated contact, utilizing a clamp/solder termination method suitable for miniature to subminiature coaxial cables. The connector operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +165°C and supports frequencies up to 1 GHz with a nominal impedance of 75O, delivering low insertion loss of 0.2 dB maximum at 3 GHz. The bayonet coupling mechanism provides quick connect/disconnect capability with a coupling torque range of 0.6 to 2.5 in-lbs, and the connector maintains excellent shielding effectiveness of 55 dB minimum at 3 GHz. This connector is ideal for video surveillance, cable television, and other broadband RF applications requiring reliable, compact interconnections.
