DESCRIPTION
The SBE80GRA is a gray, two-pole power connector designed for high-current applications, offering a touch-safe interface compliant with IEC 60950. Its primary power contacts are rated for 80 amps with 6 AWG wire and have a UL 1977 voltage rating of 600V AC/DC. The connector features silver-plated copper alloy contacts, a low average mated resistance of 0.200 milliohms, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,200V AC. The robust housing is made from a Polycarbonate/PBT blend with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and operates from -20°C to 105°C. With its capability to add up to 8 auxiliary contacts, the SBE80GRA is ideal for applications requiring intelligent power switching or signal integrity, such as in industrial trucks and battery charging systems.
