DESCRIPTION

1QS031 is a concave rectangular push-button cap designed for use with illuminated through-hole (TH) switch modules in the multimec® 5 series. The cap features a concave top surface with nominal dimensions of 12.5 mm width × 6.5 mm depth and a height of 15.7 mm, constructed from ABS/polycarbonate material. It is compatible with 5G illuminated switches and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for transparent variants. The recommended panel cut-out is 7.0 mm × 13.0 mm with a maximum corner radius of 1.0 mm, and the cap is available in multiple color options including blue, grey, and black. This cap is commonly used in industrial control panels, instrumentation, and consumer electronics where visual feedback and ergonomic button actuation are required.
