DESCRIPTION

The AK678-2 is a PS/2 connection cable designed to connect Mini DIN 6 Pin Male connectors, providing a 2-meter cable length with ±50mm tolerance. The cable features a 28AWG 6-conductor plus drain and aluminum/mylar shield construction with a 5.0mm outer diameter, jacketed in beige PVC 40P with a clear LD-PE inner jacket. Electrical specifications include a maximum conductor resistance of 2O, minimum insulation resistance of 10MO, and a dielectric test rating of 300V DC, with all units undergoing 100% short, open, and miswire testing. The connectors are solder-type Mini DIN 6 Pin Male with tin-plated pins and black insulator color, making this cable suitable for legacy computer peripherals and industrial control applications requiring reliable PS/2 connectivity.
