DESCRIPTION

The 11039553, also known as HI17-1H, is mounting hardware specifically designed for installing sensors in hygienic environments. Its enclosure is made from stainless steel 1.4404 with a silicone gasket, ensuring high chemical resistance. It is suitable for bore diameters from 19.0 to 21.0 mm and sheet metal thicknesses from 1.5 to 6.5 mm. When installed with a recommended torque of 35-40 Nm, this collet-type hardware provides an IP67/IP68 rated seal, protecting against submersion up to 1 meter for 24 hours. This makes it ideal for applications in industries requiring strict hygiene standards where reliable and cleanable sensor mounting is critical.
