DESCRIPTION

The 5300-25-RC is a conformal coated RF choke from the Bourns 5300 Series, designed for use in DC/DC converters, power supplies, and general applications. This inductor features an inductance of 100 µH with ±10% tolerance, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 3.9 MHz, and a maximum DC resistance (DCR) of 0.67 O. It is rated for a continuous DC current (Idc) of 550 mA and has a saturation current (Isat) of 300 mA, with a temperature rise of 35°C at rated current. The component utilizes a ferrite core with enameled copper wire, tin-coated terminals, and an epoxy resin conformal coating for environmental protection. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and featuring 500 Vrms dielectric strength, the 5300-25-RC is ideal for applications requiring reliable RF filtering and energy storage in compact power management circuits.
