DESCRIPTION

SRR6038-270Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. It features a 27 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 109 mO, and a rated RMS current of 1.2 A with a saturation current of 1.3 A. The inductor utilizes a ferrite core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin terminals, housed in a compact package with a maximum height of 4.0 mm. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a typical temperature rise of 30°C at rated current, making it ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space and thermal performance are critical.
