DESCRIPTION

The MJE15031G is a PNP complementary silicon power transistor designed for high-frequency driver applications in audio amplifiers. This device features a high collector-emitter voltage of 150 V and a continuous collector current rating of 8.0 A. It can dissipate up to 50 W at a case temperature of 25°C and offers a high current gain-bandwidth product with a minimum of 30 MHz. Housed in a compact TO-220 package, its robust characteristics make it well-suited for demanding audio amplifier circuits.
