DESCRIPTION

The 50-20SN-1 is a commercial-grade edge connector featuring dip solder tails with double-readout configuration and 0.200" (5.08 mm) row spacing, designed for 10/20 contact positions. It accepts single- or double-sided PC boards of 0.062" (1.59 mm) thickness and features bifurcated semi-bellows contacts for enhanced contact reliability. The connector is constructed with spring brass contacts plated with 10 µ" selective gold over 30 µ" nickel in the contact area, and tin on the tails, with a UL 94V-0 rated glass-filled polyester insulation body. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, supports a current rating of 5 Amps, and maintains a contact resistance of 6 milliohms maximum. This connector is ideal for applications involving vibration or board irregularities, meeting MIL-C-21097 performance criteria and UL recognition standards.
