DESCRIPTION

The 940C30S22K-F is a Type 940C round, axial-leaded polypropylene film capacitor designed for high dV/dt snubber and pulse applications. It has a capacitance of 0.022 µF with a ±10% tolerance and is rated for 3000 Vdc (500 Vac). This component features a high peak current capability of 57 A, a dV/dt rating of 2568 V/µs, and a low typical ESR of 25 mΩ. Its dual metallized electrode construction provides self-healing properties and excellent high-frequency performance. Due to its high pulse current handling and low inductance, it is ideal for demanding snubber circuits and other high-frequency, high-voltage applications.
