DESCRIPTION

DME1W1K-F is a Type DME polyester film capacitor with metallized radial leads designed for DC applications in miniature form factor. This 1.0 µF capacitor operates at rated voltages from 100 to 1000 Vdc with a capacitance tolerance of ±10% (K standard) and features self-healing properties that protect against overvoltage transients. The device exhibits a dissipation factor of 1% maximum at 25°C and 1 kHz, an insulation resistance of 3,000 MO × µF (minimum 9,000 MO), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with 50% voltage derating above 85°C. The compact dimensions (0.276 inches × 0.551 inches height, 0.492 inches length) and proven reliability make it ideal for space-constrained DC power supply filtering, signal coupling, and industrial control applications.
