DESCRIPTION

The 06AN2 is a metal-case power entry module designed to meet IEC publication 320 Class 1 standards, incorporating an IEC connector, fuse holder, single-pole power switch, and voltage selector switch in a compact all-in-one unit. It features nickel-plated brass pins and soldering terminals with a snap-in mounting design compatible with panel thicknesses of 0.04 inch to 0.07 inch. The module is rated for 115VAC/250VAC operation with a maximum leakage current of 2 µA at 115VAC/60Hz and 5 µA at 250VAC/50Hz, and provides dielectric strength of 2250VDC line-to-ground and 1450VDC line-to-line. The single-pole power switch is UL/CSA approved at 6A for 125VAC/250VAC with an electrical lifetime of 50,000 cycles and maximum in-rush current of 70A. This design provides significant space and cost savings compared to assembling individual components, making it ideal for industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring standardized power entry solutions.
