DESCRIPTION

The 04563 is a Trustat® ERGOclean Wrist Strap assembly designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in cleanroom and manufacturing environments. It features an adjustable black metal wristband with a stainless steel back plate, 4mm snap stud connector, and a black coil cord with 4mm snap socket and spring-loaded banana plug. The wristband adjusts from 6.1" (155 mm) to 11.2" (280 mm) using five link extenders and meets ANSI/ESD S1.1 one to five pound breakaway force requirements. The assembly includes a 1 megohm current limiting resistor and alligator clip, with both wristband and cord made from low sloughing materials suitable for cleanroom use. This configuration provides reliable static grounding for personnel working in sensitive electronic manufacturing and assembly operations.
