DESCRIPTION

The 551-3007F is a red/green bi-color, 3mm through-hole circuit board indicator designed for visual status indication. This LED features a red dominant wavelength of 621 nm and a green dominant wavelength of 569 nm, with a typical luminous intensity of 5.6 mcd (red) and 8.7 mcd (green) at a 10 mA forward current. It operates with a typical forward voltage of 2.0V for red and 2.1V for green at 20 mA, and provides a 20-degree viewing angle. The component's wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and RoHS compliance make it a reliable choice for various electronic assemblies.
