DESCRIPTION

The L200TG5B is a high-efficiency green LED designed for low power consumption and versatile mounting. Constructed with GaP/GaP chip material, this RoHS-compliant component emits a high-efficiency green light with a typical peak wavelength of 565 nm and a luminous intensity of 60 mcd at a 20mA forward current. The 5mm green diffused package provides a 45° viewing angle and has a typical forward voltage of 2.2V. Due to its low current requirement and versatile mounting options for PC boards or panels, it is ideal for indicator applications in TV sets, monitors, telephones, and computers.
