DESCRIPTION

5747846-5 is a right-angle posted subminiature D connector receptacle designed for high-density interconnect applications. It features 25 contact positions with shell size 3, duplex gold-plated contacts (0.000030 inch gold on mating end with tin on termination end and nickel underplate), and is preloaded with size 20 DF posted socket contacts. The connector is mounted with boardlocks and fixed female screwlocks, with dimensions of 2.088 inches (53.04 mm) length (A), 1.852 inches (47.04 mm) width (B), and 0.230 inches (5.84 mm) height (D). This connector is recognized under UL Component Program (File No. E28476) and certified by Canadian Standards Association (File No. LR 7189), making it suitable for industrial and telecommunications applications requiring reliable, compact interconnections with recommended PCB board thickness of 0.062 inches (1.58 mm).
