DESCRIPTION

The 7401SYCGE is a 4-pole miniature toggle switch from the C&K 7000 Series, featuring a 4PDT (4 Form C) contact configuration with On-None-On switching function. The switch is rated for 0.4 VA maximum at 20 V AC or DC with B contact material, or 5 amps at 120 V AC / 28 V DC with Q contact material, and maintains contact resistance below 10 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA. It provides 1000 Vrms minimum dielectric strength at sea level, 10? O minimum insulation resistance, and is rated for 100,000 make-and-break cycles at full load. The switch operates across a temperature range of -30 °C to +85 °C and features an epoxy terminal seal compatible with bottom-wash PCB cleaning methods. Common applications include industrial control panels, instrumentation, and general-purpose switching where multiple independent circuits must be controlled simultaneously.
